Years ago one of Burgundy’s most renowned winemakers, Aubert de Villaine of DRC, made the region of Bouzeron famous. He established it as an AOC putting the spotlight on Burgundy’s other white grape: aligoté. This lovely wine is bright with aromas of Meyer lemons, white peach, and sea spray.
