This wine has notes of Honey Crisp apple, vanilla, melon, apricot pit, and sea breeze. A blend of indigenous varietals Carcajolu Biancu, Paga Debbiti, Riminese Rossola Brandica, Biancone, and Vermentinu this wine is rich and round, but with a nice dose of acidity and saline to finish.
